You may browse and read the published books for personal, non-commercial use.
We do not currently offer accounts, take payment, or ship print orders on this site.
Our work
The books, text, characters, images, design, and Puddlebend marks belong to us or our licensors. You may not republish, sell, merchandise, scrape, or use them to train a computer model without permission.
You may link to a public book and quote a short passage for commentary or review.
Fair use of the site
- Do not break, overload, probe, or bypass the service.
- Do not impersonate another person or use another household's account.
- Do not send a child's photo or unnecessary identifying information.
- Do not use the service unlawfully.
Service availability
We provide the site as available and may change, pause, or discontinue it. To the extent the law permits, we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing here is medical, educational, or developmental advice.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, Puddlebend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the service. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.
Changes
Revised terms apply prospectively from the date shown.
Law and disputes
Applicable law governs these terms. Nothing here prevents a claim in small-claims court or a complaint to a regulator or consumer-protection agency.
General
If one term is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms do not restrict an honest review.
